Carpincho — known internationally as capybara leather — comes from the largest rodent in the world. Native exclusively to South America. Legally accessible only through Argentina.
Its natural texture, breathability, and resilience are impossible to imitate. What you see on its surface is not designed — it is inherited.

All carpincho (capybara) leather used by CASSINO is sourced legally and responsibly in Argentina. We work with Casa Carpincho, the most established and respected house dedicated to this material in the country.
Carpincho leather is graded across four quality tiers. Estrella uses First Quality hides exclusively — the highest grade available.
This level of access is not scalable. It is protected.
Access defines rarity — not marketing.
HOW ESTRELLA IS MADE
Released, not produced.
Estrella is handcrafted in limited quantities, guided by material availability rather than demand. Each piece is finished deliberately, without acceleration.
